Riley sighed at his initial reaction, bracing herself for the teasing that was sure to come. She knew it wasn’t necessarily rational but the feelings were real all the same. Kol was hers just as she was his. “I know. And I’m glad we didn’t kill her and I know why you had to do it but..” She sighed for a moment. “It wouldn’t bother you in the slightest if someone fed from me?” The hybrid was genuinely curious but was distracted when his lips crashed back to hers. She laughed softly at his comment, wrinkling her nose at him. “Then you’ll probably think it’s the sexiest thing in the world that I wanted to rip those girls you messed around with when you first got here to pieces. I might have fantasied about it.”
Kol knew the answer to her question, and he wouldn’t like it at all, he would probably kill whoever it was for that sole reason, but he could tell her that anytime, kissing her was a more pertinent task by far. His hands roamed up her sides and then to her breasts, kneading them slowly eliciting the exact reactions he had expected, after all he was well versed with the hybrid’s body. “Those women had nothing on you love, nothing more than bodies who did a lackluster job of keeping me warm. They’re all but forgotten.” Kol’s words were muffled as his lips were pressed against Riley’s the entire time, “I love murderous fantasies.”
Riley shifted herself a little as he moved them to the stairs, still amazed by how easily he moved her. “It’s stupid and you’re going to claim it’s one of my human things.” She let out a loud sigh, chewing slowly on her bottom lip. Kol was stubborn, he always had been and she knew he wasn’t going to cave without hearing what he wanted to. The hybrid glanced away, her voice soft. “I got jealous when she fed from you, okay? It was stupid.”
“When she fe—-” Realization dawned on Kol then and he smirked almost unbelieving, “The human? You got jealous when our breakfast fed from me?” Kol’s first instinct was to taunt, but Riley hadn’t even looked at him when she admitted which meant it was actually important to her, she had actually gotten jealous. “It was you who wanted to keep her alive. We seemed to have almost drained her too much I was simply healing her to appease you. Riley look at me.” He took his index finger and pushed her by the chin to look at him, and he leaned down and kissed the hybrid hotly, “You neednt be jealous but your possessiveness is attractive all the same.”
“I’ll beg all you want, baby.” She murmured, leaning forward again to trail kisses along his collarbone before gently biting him. He was purposely torturing her and she knew it but a part of her loved it. Her hand trailed down his chest, agonizingly slow before reaching the waistline of his pants where she toyed with the button. “Or we could both just get on with it now?” She attempted, shivering slightly as his tongue touched her lip. She wanted him desperately and she knew her resolve with their little game was quickly waning with each movement he made.
Kol was getting impatient with Riley, why hadn’t she just given in and told him already. “You’re telling me what I want to hear.” In a blur Kol had Riley in the same position, except the two were now on the stairwell leading to the upstairs, “Except what I want to hear love is what you were talking about earlier.” His eyes met her challenging, “I’m not understanding why you don’t simply tell me,Riley.”
“I don’t want to multi-task.” Riley grumbled softly, her body arching as he teased her right back. Kol had the habit of clouding her mind when he did things like that. She dug her nails a little harder into his back. “You can’t just let this thing go and take advantage of the fact that your very naked girlfriend is lying underneath you practically begging to to stop being so stubborn?” She asked, her tongue darting out to slowly trace her lower lip as she tightened her legs around his waist, pulling him even closer against her.
Kol braced one hand on the couch and stroked Riley’s cheek lightly while he smirked down at her, “Oh darling, I like the begging. Quite the turn on.” he rolled his hips into her painfully slow loving the way her body was craving more contact with his own, his body was craving closeness as well, but at least when it came to him, Riley had a terrible poker face. “Or have you forgotten I torture people for fun, this is simply another form. So why don’t you tell me what I want to know and we could get on with it.” He leaned his head down and licked her bottom lip, “However you’d like it.”
Riley knew Kol’s reaction better than anyone and she could already feel him pressing deliciously against her thigh. She lifted her hips, teasingly rotating against him as his lips collided with her own. She kissed him back just as feverishly, her hands moving to his back to scrap her nails slowly down his soft skin. “Shh, I told you not to worry about it. There’s plenty of other things we could be doing right now that don’t involve talking.”
“Learn how to multi-task, darling. You have me very curious.” She was trying to get a reaction out of him, but Kol refused to give the hybrid the satisfaction and instead gave as good as he got and rolled his hips into her, making sure his clothed hardened member moved against her. “Tell me, Riley.”
She clenched tighter to his shirt, grinding her hips slowly against his. “Well, I don’t expect you to try and sleep with them. Or at least you better not.” Her legs moved to either side of him as he flipped them, her hands immediately sliding to tug his shirt off as her fingers ghosted the definition of his muscles. “It’s silly.” Her lips slid into their trade mark pout before she leaned forward, her tongue tracing up his neck to his ear. “Besides, you want it as badly as I do so that wouldn’t be fair to either of us.”
Every touch from Riley only got Kol more aroused, and by the time the hybrid’s tongue was at his ear his body was betraying the words about to spill out of his mouth because he was not about to let Riley know he was right, he was a challenging guy, always had been and she was challenging him right now. “I think I’ll be able to manage alright love.” He crashed his lips against her own and mumbled against her lips, “I still want to know.”
A pleased sigh escaped her as he leaned forward, his lips gently teasing her collar bone. Her hands fisted the fabric of his shirt, her eyes fluttering closed as she tilted her head back to give him better access to her neck. “I’m sure we can find you a new one if we really look.” She murmured, completely distracted by him.
“And what if this witch we find is a female?” Kol ghosted his lips over Riley’s, teasing her right back,”You’ve already established that you don’t like to share, love.” He tugged at her bottom lip gently, ” Which you have yet to explain what you meant if you werent speaking of ghosts.” In an instant he had Riley on her back with him hovering over her. “I don’t think I’ll give you what you so obviously want until you explain.”
She laughed again, shaking her head. “I’ve noticed that. Why is that you don’t have one of your own? Isn’t that like a common vampire thing to claim them?” Shifting in his lap, Riley slid her hands up his chest slowly looking down with a teasing smile as he began to unbutton the shirt, well aware that she wasn’t wearing anything underneath. “It’s kind of hard to think of anything to talk about when you start doing that.”
“Well” Kol kissed her collar bone slowly while he unbuttoned the last few buttons and slid the shirt off of her shoulders into a crumpled pile of fabric on the floor. “Unfortunately I only like powerful witches, and as you know my last witch,” He kissed up her neck, “Was Cassie Blake, and as of now I haven’t come across a witch as powerful as her.”
Riley laughed, leaning forward to gently press her lips against his. “You don’t have to say it for me to know it.” She rolled her eyes, especially at the mention of ghosts. “Nevermind, babe. There’s no ghosts here. At least I hope not otherwise they’ve been getting quite the show the past few nights.” She wrinkled her nose, her lips quirking in a smile as she carefully avoided the topic.
“Ghosts are notorious perverts. Not much else to do on the other side I imagine, especially the ghosts of witches, I really like witches.” Kol pressed his lips against Riley’s moving back to the couch with her on his lap. “What were you talking about then?” He busied himself unbuttoning the buttons on his shirt that Riley was wearing, grinning as more skin got exposed.
“I will. I never pushed you to admit you loved me, remember? You did that all on your own.” She laughed softly as he lifted her, taking advantage of the new position to teasing move against him. “They affect you because you’re head over heels for me, silly. It’s got nothing to do with this century.” Riley looked away as Kol fed the girl his blood, surprised by how much she disliked it. It was strictly to heal her, and the Hybrid knew that, but she wasn’t about to watch. She waited until the girl had finished before compelling her to leave and turning back to Kol as the door closed. “I’ve realized that I’m not a big fan of sharing you.”
“I never said head over heels. That might be a bit much for me to take at the moment.” After he fed the girl and she left Kol looked back at Riley with a questionable yet amused look, “Sorry who are you sharing me with right now, gorgeous. Don’t tell me there are any of those annoying bloody ghosts about this place. That’s one thing about bloody New Orleans, ghosts everywhere.”
